JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a 15 month FTC. You will lead their HRSS team in the delivery of an efficient service across the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure efficient and effective HR administration and maintain accurate HR systems, processes, and files.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on HR systems, company policies, and procedures to HR Admin team, line managers, and employees.
  • Oversee HR Admin team activities, manage workload, support the HR Team Leader, and ensure quality work and KPI achievement.
  • Stay updated on legislation and employment law changes, manage system changes, and collaborate with finance and HR teams on organisational updates.
  • Act as a HR system expert, manage benefits information, support HR & Payroll Team Leaders, and assist with the Annual Salary Review and bonus process.
  • Perform audits, communicate with stakeholders, manage projects, mentor team members, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong HR knowledge, with the ability to apply systems expertise and find realistic solutions to HR issues. (Workday experience essential)
  • Strong team management experience, ensuring workload is managed across the team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team with an enthusiastic approach.
  • TUPE transfer knowledge desirable.
