Job Title: Systems Trainer

Salary:Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

About the Organization:The organization is a dynamic company specializing in providing comprehensive solutions to clients. Known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, the organization offers a range of services aimed at optimizing system efficiency and enhancing user experience.

Systems Trainer - Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:Conduct online and onsite training for clients on all EPOS products, as well as provide training to staff both online and in-office.
  • Webinars:Organize and deliver scheduled webinars on specific topics related to EPOS systems.
  • On-Site Support:Provide on-site support to new and existing clients, addressing any EPOS system and product issues.
  • Client Onboarding:Assist project teams with all aspects of client onboarding and support the onboarding team with EPOS system builds.
  • Configuration Review:Review site and product configurations, provide client feedback, and facilitate workshops to amend EPOS system configurations.
  • Troubleshooting:Address and resolve EPOS system and product configuration issues at client sites.
  • Managed Services:Handle stock builds and manage client requests related to EPOS managed services.
  • Team Support:Offer EPOS system and product configuration advice to team members and participate in account or project meetings.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Support project managers and clients during the UAT phase of EPOS system projects.

Systems Trainer - Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills:Highly organized and able to articulate clearly.
  • Analytical Approach:Demonstrates an analytical mindset with experience in a previous training role.
  • Professionalism:Maintains a high level of professionalism.
  • Customer Service:Exceptional customer service skills are desired.
  • Training Qualification:Possession of a training qualification is preferred.
  • Software Experience:Experience in a software environment and an aptitude for arithmetic are advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week, with occasional requirements to attend the office.
