Digital Content Manager

WorkNest is recruiting for a Digital Content Manager. If you are a digital expert with B2B and CRM experience, and skilled in content writing and digital asset creation and management, we want to hear from you!

Why your role matters

This role is a 12-month maternity cover and will support the Vista brand, a business within the WorkNest family that provides legal, HR and training support for businesses. You will be supporting the Legal and Professional services manager with a great remit to drive marketing forward. From the planning to the execution, you will have the opportunity to bring the business plans to life. You'll need to be comfortable operating at pace, our markets are constantly evolving, and you will need to be able to as well.

No two days will be the same, so you'll need to be organised and love running multiple projects simultaneously. You'll have a wide support network around you from technical legal and HR experts to a central marketing function, all of whom are invested in your success.

What you'll be doing

As Digital Content Manager, you will develop and execute digital marketing plans and campaigns to promote Vista's ongoing services, key offerings, and events. You'll also create and implement a digital marketing and branding strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.

The diversity of the role doesn't stop there, you'll also manage the content for Vista's website, develop and implement a content marketing strategy and oversee marketing communications to optimise content in line with SEO best practices. Our exceptional central marketing team will support you in ensuring timely, relevant, and regular social media communications reach the appropriate audience within Vista's target market.

If you excel at creating interactive content, videos, infographics, and imagery, this role is perfect for you. Your creative and copywriting skills will support the service delivery team and enhance the client experience. Additionally, you will analyse digital marketing activities, provide insights, recommend actions, and identify opportunities for innovation in digital marketing, content, and communications.

Where you'll be working

This role will be home - based but you will be fully supported by the Central Marketing and Vista teams.
