Are you seeking a full-time role within a professional, hard-working environment that also offers a friendly and supportive team? My client is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team based in Moreton-In-Marsh.

This role is fully onsite and offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of a great business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and manage email enquiries efficiently.
  • Greet and assist visitors, managing all guest sign-ins.
  • Support the organisation of open afternoons for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate weekly catering and room schedules.
  • Manage accommodation forms and assist in setting up rooms for courses.
  • Utilise systems effectively for scheduling, and ordering stationery and office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of accountancy is beneficial but not essential.
  • Warm, friendly personality with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
