Overview:

They are now searching for an ambitious and well organized Digital Applications Apprentice to join their team. The candidate will be given responsibility for a whole array of office duties, with an added element of customer service involved. With this in mind we are looking for hard working candidates who have a high attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and BigChange online CRM portal
  • Managing external incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, franking mail and general office administration
  • Record keeping
  • Updating internal and external client portals
  • Preparing paperwork packs
  • Processing completed paperwork packs

Required skills:

  • Computer literate
  • Organised
  • Good time keeping
  • Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
  • Communication skills verbal and written

Salary:

£14,000 - £17,800 per annum (depending on age)

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, 9am – 4:30pm

Future prospects:

  • Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there would be an option to progress to a Project Co-ordinator role with a starting salary of £23,795
