About You
- We are currently seeking candidates with 1-6 years of post-admission experience in disputes, qualified in England & Wales with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) degree from a reputable university.
- Previous experience in a top-tier law firm or chambers is also essential.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify legal issues, assess risks, and develop strategic solutions.
Duties:
- Analyzing legal issues and providing strategic advice to clients involved in commercial disputes.
- Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies tailored to each case, including drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiating settlements or alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve disputes outside of court when appropriate.
- Conducting extensive legal research to support arguments and stay updated on relevant case law and legal developments.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases and advising them on potential outcomes.
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to efficiently manage cases and meet deadlines.
