Description
- Oversee and manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to top management.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Develop strategies to improve financial performance and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments for budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Oversee financial audits of all departments.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and procedures.
- Support and assist in making strategic decisions from a financial perspective.
Profile
A successful Group Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance department.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Job Offer
