We are excited to be working with a well-known brand recruiting for a passionate and driven Field Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to cover the Oxford/Cambridge/Bedford/Essex & Hertfordshire patch.

The client is a leader in their field, supplying top-quality products to thousands of cafés and hospitality businesses across the UK. They are looking for a dynamic individual to manage and grow the customer base within the vibrant area.

The Role

  • Manage and grow an existing account base
  • Pursue new business prospects and achieve sales targets.
  • Focus on repeat sales targets to develop accounts
  • Organise your diary activities to maximise customer engagement.
  • Deliver on-site training sessions
  • Maintain a sales pipeline to focus on new business.
  • Conduct audits on business-owned equipment
  • Connect with buyers, area managers, and key decision-makers to foster strong relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience managing a customer base and winning new business.
  • Previous field-based role experience, visiting customers on-site.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to train customers on products and equipment.
  • Exceptional ability to build, maintain, and develop relationships.
  • Full valid UK Driving Licence is a must.
