Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a well know, highly successful law firm based in Leeds City Centre. With their success spanning over a hundred years, the company have grown to be a highly trusted and recognised firm across the globe. Due to internal progression, they are currently recruiting for a Front of House Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has experience working within a 5* environment, preferably dealing with a variety of high end clients. The role is an amazing opportunity to meet new people, network and work within an immaculate and modern environment.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting all clients/members of staff who come into the office whilst providing that professional yet personable experience.
  • Answering any questions or queries whilst constantly going above and beyond and making sure the clients are receiving the best services possible
  • Booking in meetings, managing diaries and making sure everything within the office runs as smoothly as possible
  • Planning the day ahead whilst managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Completing various administrative tasks for the office
  • Working well as a team whilst using your own initiative
  • Providing that memorable experience for all clients
  • Planning multiple office events and making sure these are planned efficiently
  • Manage enquiries via telephone, email or in person and making sure these are dealt with within a timely manner
  • Keep on top of all office building facilities

Experience needed:

  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have come from a similar background or will have experience providing 5* customer service
  • Experience of working on a busy front desk
  • Experience of working with stakeholders/clients at different levels
  • The ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail experience
  • Good administrative/diary management experience
  • The ability to build and grow relationships with customers and clients
