What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a Data Administrator to join our growing team.

Day to Day You'll Be:

  • Dealing with onboarding client requests through administration forms and inputting into internal systems.
  • Maintain quality performance through adherence to TransUnion values and key performance indicators and quality expectations.
  • Manage and maintain your KPI's in line with the expectations set out by your line manager.
  • Support with queries received from internal stakeholders.
  • Initiate communication within internal teams to ensure correct, process and procedures and opportunities to enhance the client's experience.
  • Be able to learn and understand about Trans Union's product suite to intuitively ensure product intricacies are met.

Impact You'll Make:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-based environment with knowledge in FRCA laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills.
  • Patience handling escalated queries within internal teams.
  • High level communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Highly detailed and organized to flex with changing work priorities organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills navigating the Internet, Web Based Applications, MS Office or other business software.
