RENEWALS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings
Location: Croydon CR0
Salary: £ 35k
Monday to Friday – no weekends
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Working closely with the busy Property Management Department and with the Lettings Team at the Croydon Office, our client is looking for competent, organised customer focused individual to join the team as a Renewals Negotiator dealing with the management of the tenants and landlords, negotiating deposit releases, organising renewals and chasing outstanding fees.
Exceptional customer service skills are crucial as well as fantastic organisational abilities and great attention to detail.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who will work closely with their clients and customers to provide the best possible service. This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.
Skills: The skills required for this Renewals Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Previous experience in Residential Property Lettings / Lettings Admin
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Knowledge of lettings processes & notices
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
