We are looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to support the Finance Manager processing sales and purchase ledger requiring efficiency and accuracy across the Groups companies. The role will include:
- Supporting the Finance Manager
- Processing both sales and purchase ledgers
- Credit control and preparing monthly reports
- Bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Inter company transfers
- Dealing with suppliers
- Staff expenses and company credit card processing
- Assisting with VAT returns ad CIC returns
Experience required:
- Solid knowledge of processing accounting transactions
- AAT qualified or currently studying - study support available/QBE considered too
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team
- Excel and Sage is a distinct advantage
