Key Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing customers whilst prospecting to expand account base
- Providing price quotes to customers as needed whilst adhering to a budgets.
- Establishing close relationships with suppliers
- Collaborating closely with the Telesales Department and maintaining interpersonal relationships
- Ensuring repeat customer business through strategic investments and serving as the initial point of contact for addressing any issues
- Striving to meet both team and individual incentives
- Negotiating effectively with customers and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial pricing
- Attending monthly sales meetings and bi-annual sales conferences
- Maintaining availability for customer queries as necessary to uphold excellent customer relationships
- Maintaining a strong focus on business development
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- 2 years sales experience minimum
- Confident
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
- Ability to proactively plan for future business needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines
