We are looking for an experienced New Business Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and act as a liaison between the company and our clients for a Managed Service Provider based in Oxford.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating to clients clearly and addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise
- Raising clients' business concerns and needs to the company's management
- Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients
- Delivering, negotiating and winning sales pitch to prospective and existing clients
- Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company's management and clients
- Monitoring the budget of the client, explaining costs or expenditures and discussing new terms if necessary
- Following up clients with regular reviews to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products and services
- Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions
- Measure and report performance of all sales and digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with vendor partners
