We are looking for an experienced New Business Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and act as a liaison between the company and our clients for a Managed Service Provider based in Oxford.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating to clients clearly and addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise
  • Raising clients' business concerns and needs to the company's management
  • Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients
  • Delivering, negotiating and winning sales pitch to prospective and existing clients
  • Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company's management and clients
  • Monitoring the budget of the client, explaining costs or expenditures and discussing new terms if necessary
  • Following up clients with regular reviews to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products and services
  • Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions
  • Measure and report performance of all sales and digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with vendor partners
