Temporary Role
We are recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor to join the Payment Support Team at a leading financial services provider in Nottingham. This role involves handling sensitive customer service calls, including mortgage payment support.
Key Details:
- Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 equivalent (hourly)
- Contract: 3 months (temp)
- Hours: 9-5, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday on a rota)
- Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days in office (NG1), remainder working from home
Role Requirements:
- Over-the-phone customer service experience
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-change environment
- No financial services background required
- Experience in temp/contract roles preferred
