Job title: Application Support Manager
Working style: Hybrid - 2 days in the office and you can choose which days
Location: Moorgate office - EC1Y 8YZ
Working hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm and 9:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £55,762 - this will increase by 5% in September
We are working with an organisation who have a mission to foster public trust in the democratic process and uphold its integrity. They ensure the delivery of free and fair governmental selection process, focusing on public needs and adapting to changes to keep every vote secure and accessible.
They oversee political finance by increasing transparency, ensuring compliance and addressing violations proactively. Furthermore, they leverage their expertise to propose and advocate for improvements in our democracy, aiming to enhance fairness, transparency and efficiency.
We are supporting them in their search for an Application Support Manager who will have a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of a new IT strategy spanning across the next 5 years. This will result in the Application Support Manager leading an array of projects.
The successful Application Support Manager will have previous managerial and application support experience, excellent communication skills and able to hold presentations.
Essential skills - Application Support Manager:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading / managing a team
- Office 365 experience
- SharePoint Online experience
- Dynamics 365 experience
- Understanding of the Agile Project Delivery methodology
- Tableau and Power BI knowledge
- 3 years' experience in IT
Desirable - Application Support Manager:
- ITIL qualification
- An individual who has worked within Application Support and progressed into a managerial role
- Someone who has worked in a fast paced environment
