Our client is a well-established supplier of refrigeration and air conditioning services, across a wide range of sectors. We are looking for someone from a customer service background that understands the importance of outstanding customer experience and attention to detail who will:
- ensure all new calls are allocated to engineers in a timely manner
- will effectively plan engineers callouts to customers and ensure the work is allocated effectively
- continually communicate with customers should any problems arise on site
- monitoring and dealing with service call outs via the service desk email box
Are you:
- IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products)
- able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers
- a strong team player
- customer service focused
- a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail
- have strong experience in a service desk role (minimum 2 years ideally)
The role is office based with a salary of up to circa £30,000 (negotiable)plus benefits
