Graduate Administrator

Our client is a leading, international supplier of consumer goods dedicated to delivering excellence in supply chain management. We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate to join their team in a logistics support role. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes, contributing to the efficient movement of goods and materials from point of origin to point of consumption.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining supplier relationships by dealing with queries and negotiating payment plans, as well as building stronger relationships to increase supplier support
  • Liaising with customers and international suppliers
  • Checking and payment of shipping invoices
  • Co-ordination with suppliers regarding delivery times
  • Monitor costs incurred in trading and logistics
  • Processing of shipping documents
  • Ensuring company costs (invoices and expense claims) are properly recorded

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in a logistics/shipping/sales administrative role desirable
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
