We are delighted to be working with this well established independent financial advice firm. With a strong reputation for professional high quality financial planning service, they have an opportunity for you to join the administration team supporting advisers and clients.

This opportunity will appeal to an Administrator who wishes to work in an environment where you are treated as an individual and supported to grow to be the best you can be.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Pension and Investment ew business processing and data cleansing
  • Deal with client enquiries and deliver a high level of customer service to ensure that queries are actioned promptly and correctly
  • Involvement in pension transfer work and drawdown related matters
  • Deal with adviser queries
  • Data input onto client database and ensure accurate records maintained at all times
  • Group scheme research, quotations, renewal letters
  • Prepare regular client valuations
  • Complete LOA policy questionnaires, particularly for pension related matters

Systems:-

  • Competent with:- Outlook, Word, Excel to intermediate level
  • Ideally competent with Intelligent Office (back office system) or similar
  • Working knowledge of platforms ideally:- Quilter, Aviva, M&G and Aegon ARC
  • Working knowledge of IRESS desirable but not essential

About You:-

  • 2+years industry experience
  • Confident, lateral thinker with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, highly organised, effective time management, ability to prioritise workload, apply a logical approach to requests, be adaptable and flexible in their approach
  • Industry qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Great team player with ability to work independently when required
