We are seeking Inspectors to work in pairs, conducting ‘End of Tenancy Cleaning Inspections' on empty properties. This is an ideal opportunity for university students or recent Graduates who have a good knowledge of the local area and a basic understanding of inventory processes. Full training will be provided, and candidates will use our software on their own smartphones.
Day to Day of the role:
- Carry out approximately 10 ‘End of Tenancy Cleaning Inspections' on empty properties over the 2 days.
- Use software on personal smartphones to record and report findings.
- Work efficiently in pairs to manage time and complete all scheduled inspections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current University student or a recent Graduate.
- Good knowledge of Southampton.
- Basic understanding of inventory processes is preferred.
- Must have a personal smartphone and ideally a power pack (spare power packs will be provided if needed).
- Access to a vehicle is beneficial for this role.
