We're looking for a Business Development Manager to engage with clients & build relationships to build partnerships within Apprenticeships.

The primary responsibility of this role is to strategically promote skills & learning solutions to employers, fostering long-term relationships organisations across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and an understanding of the Skills & Apprenticeship landscape; the successful candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate the value of Apprenticeship programs to diverse audiences/ stakeholders.

Key measures of success for the role include:

  • % growth of key client accounts
  • % growth of new business
  • Overall £sales performance vs. target

Remote working and paying £50,000 - 55,000 base plus £20,000 OTE

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in working in a B2B sales role in a private education environment in which you have demonstrable experience in driving and closing a sales pipeline through a solution-selling approach within the Public Sector.
  • Preferred: Experience in selling leadership & management programmes and/or data & digital transformation programmes (but not essential)
