Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining new clients globally, source new leads
- Client servicing; onboarding new clients
- Client introduction meeting
- Responding to enquiries
- Sending out contracts, receipts and invoices
- Liaising with other offices
- Database management/liaising with IT support
- Compiling reports
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- IT ability and experience of working on CRMs and MS Excel
- Excellent telephone manner and well presented
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, some life experience, articulate and diplomatic
- Be able to work under pressure and prioritise work
