Sales Administrator / Harleston, Norfolk / £24,000 - £26,000 per annum / Full time / Permanent
Our client based in Harleston are looking for a driven individual to join their sales team.
Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Friday's. However our client can offer some flexibility on start and finish time to suit the right candidate.
Salary range of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum plus quarterly bonuses based on company performance.
Duties include:
- Make outbound business to business telephone calls to generate new business sales and gain new customers.
- Manage existing customer accounts by maintaining regular communication, up selling additional products and providing a high level of customer service.
- Working closely with external account managers to develop effective strategies for sales growth.
- Carrying out administration and reporting tasks.
- Working towards hitting and exceeding targets.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through outbound calling.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
The idea candidate will have:
- Strong communicator with a professional attitude and ability to overcome obstacles.
- Previous sales and customer service experience desirable but not essential.
- Keen attitude to succeed with a high level of enthusiasm to learn and develop within the job role.
- A team player who can work independently and use own initiative.
- Reliable, punctual and tenacious.
- Happy to work in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
