OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

An exciting permanent opportunity to join a leading charity as a temporary office administrator!

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Overseeing daily office operations, including maintenance, repairs, and office equipment
  • Managing vendor relationships and office supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conducting safety audits and promoting sustainability practices
  • Optimising office layout and managing office moves or renovations with minimal disruption
  • Developing and managing the facilities budget, monitoring expenses for cost-effectiveness
  • Negotiating contracts and overseeing vendor performance
  • Serving as the primary contact for facilities-related inquiries and collaborating with teams on events and initiatives

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:

  • Minimum 12 months administration experience in either property or architecture
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
