Email and CRM Marketing Coordinator
Location: London (Oxford Circus)
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000
On-site: 2x Per week
Overview:
Our client, a leading global brand with a strong presence across 29 markets, is seeking an experienced Email and CRM Marketing Coordinator to join their team during a major digital transformation project. This role will support the team's transition to a new CRM platform and work on exciting, high-volume email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Hands-on email building, working with creative assets to develop and send email communications across various markets.
- Campaign Segmentation & Performance Analysis: Manage audience segmentation and track email campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- CRM Operations: Act as a business partner for CRM-related tasks, ensuring data integration, testing, and smooth delivery of email campaigns. The current platform is Adobe Campaign, with a planned migration to MRSys.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with the CRM Manager and other teams, contributing to ongoing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Team Contribution: Be a flexible team player who can step in where needed, use initiative, and actively contribute to shared goals.
Requirements:
- 18 months to 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with the ability to build campaigns across any platform (industry experience in beauty or fashion is highly preferred).
- Experience working with CRM systems (Adobe Campaign or similar is a plus), but coding skills are not required.
- Comfortable interpreting data and presenting insights to the team, using performance metrics to guide future campaigns.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
