Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant, you will have the biggest impact on the business by engaging with potential customers face-to-face in high-footfall event venues, providing exceptional service and driving sales across a diverse portfolio of clients.You will be the main tool within our clients organisation to help grow their clients customer base as well as their revenue and you will be rewarded for doing so.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Talk to potential customers through captivating interactions, effectively explaining the benefits and features of the brand you will represent to drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive brand image
  • Work alongside team members to create a positive and motivated work environment, sharing best practices and supporting each other's success.
  • Once settled, assist in the process for retaining newer sales assistant team members, by providing guidance and support
  • Develop coaching and mentoring skills over time, potentially becoming a mentor to new team members to help them achieve their sales goals
  • Participate in skill-enhancing discussions within the office to develop sales approaches, and overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • Full-Time Availability: Commit to working at least 5 full days a week between Monday to Saturday, you choose which days, no rota's or shift patterns
  • Excellent English speak skills, as this is a face to face role
  • Team working skills are a must as our client encourages success as a team not just as an individual.
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service and customer experience
