Location: Potters Bar (Hybrid)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to join this client in Potters Bar. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to their customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with product information and respond to customer requests.
  • Answer incoming telephone enquiries and handle various tasks.
  • Amend and maintain accurate company records to meet legislative, customer and company requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and queries.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including English and Maths.
