Are you a switched-on people person looking for your next role in a fast-paced, dynamic and exciting environment?

This is a 5-month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility to be extended. You must be able to start at short notice, ideally within the next 2 weeks, but a notice period may be considered.

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities

  • As the Recruitment Coordinator some of your duties will include:
  • Overall coordination of the internal recruitment and selection processes for a variety of roles, from advertising to onboarding
  • Interviewing and supporting hiring managers
  • Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices
  • Supporting the HR and recruitment team with administrative support

Recruitment Coordinator Experience

  • This position would suit an organised and process driven administrator with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • You will have high accuracy and attention to detail, with the adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, coping with changing priorities.
  • The ideal candidate will be a quick learner; however, a full induction and training will be provided.
  • You will be proactive and work autonomously.
  • Recruitment experience is highly desirable.

Location

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week in the Office in Oxford. Please note that there is no onsite parking, but you can use the park and ride service or bus route is available.
