Robert Half is partnering with a trusted Principal Contractor, searching for a capable and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join their thriving team.
The ideal candidate will facilitate project efforts, correlate operational documentation, support project managers, and liaise with contractors, among other responsibilities. You will be based between two prime locations, a client site and their Canary Wharf office.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Correlating and formatting operational and manual documentation for completed projects
- Supporting the project managers and supervisors with Dome & e-permits databases
- Liaising with contractors over project documentation
- Assisting with the on boarding of new operatives
- Providing administrative support across several teams
Skills Required
- Forward-thinking with decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with e-Permit systems, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-facing capacity
- Experience within the construction industry
