Accounts Payable Clerk

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Healthcare provider in Central London to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to their busy team. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave in the team, the company offers great benefits including learning and development opportunities as the company continues to grow, hybrid working and much more!

Duties:

  • Supporting the AP manager with full end-to-end AP processes
  • Responsible for processing invoices with accuracy and appropriate authorisation checks
  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and delegating as needed
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a Accounts Payable role
  • Able to work across multiple systems (including Excel) and pick up new processes quickly
  • Healthcare experience (desirable)
