A Hybrid working role of 4 days from home and 1 in the office once you have completed 12 weeks of training in the office. An exciting opportunity to work within a brand-new insurance claims department of a well-established insurance business who are UK wide!

Start date:

9th September 2023

Salary

: £24100 rising to £27100

Full Time Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Part time options available

: We can accept part time also but you would need to be flexible to work at least 21 hours per week and be flexible to work late shifts and weekends to be considered.

You would also need to be able to complete full time training for 6 weeks.

Due to huge growth plans our client is looking to expand their workforce in Gloucester and is looking to recruit Customer Service advisors to join a specialist claims team You will be part of a new Claims Insurance team and will provide customers support with their claims from start to finish so this is a busy role which offers a lot of variety!

Your role as a Customer Service Advisor :

  • Handling a variety of incoming calls, answering queries and questions along the way.
  • Liaising with customers, clients and third parties via telephone, emails and letters
  • Dealing with customers' claims from start to finish and managing the customers' expectations thoroughly throughout.
  • Ensuring information inputted into the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care.

The Ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Experience within any type of customer service role
  • A good telephone manner
  • Excellent administration skills and experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A customer-focused attitude with great communication skills and good attention to detail
  • Good basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
