Office Administrator

Our client is a very well-established, thriving and friendly family run business, based on the outskirts of Crewe in a pleasant, rural location.

Due to maternity leave, they are seeking a part time administrator to help with a variety of duties in their busy office.

Working Mon-Fri for approximately 3-4 hours per day, this would suit candidates seeking school hours.

Duties will include

  • Processing invoices
  • Serving customers and taking payments
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with email correspondence
  • Other general admin tasks

Suitable candidates will have some previous general administrative experience, have good PC skills and be versatile, flexible and happy to work as part of a small team.

The role is expected to last for 6 to 9 months to cover maternity.
