Procurement Manager IT & Professional services

I am recruiting for a new role of Procurement Manager to work within the Corporate Services division of an expanong FMCG business in which you will drive change and make a real difference to leave your own legacy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent category management / procurement skills across IT and Professional services. This role will cover IT, Finance, Legal, Consultancy & Professional Services.

This role is key in developing comprehensive category strategies and driving business objectives forward with warmth. You will be responsible for implementing cost savings across relevant categories and negotiating contracts to meet business requirements.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a skilled negotiator and a strong communicator. This role requires an individual who is highly analytical and capable of prioritising multiple projects at once.

Key experience required

  • Proven strategic procurement background
  • Broad procurement experience including IT and professional / corporate services
  • Sourcing and category planning/management
  • Experience of outstanding stakeholder management and business partnering
  • In-depth, technical and category management knowledge

Salary 60k plus £5460 call allowance and 5% bonus
