Description

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve set targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Presenting and selling company products and services to potential clients
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Collaborating with marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Addressing customer concerns and queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services

Profile

A successful BDM (Spec job) should have:

  • A degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Proven success in a sales role within the business services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
