- Managing sales administration team - training, development, day to day issues
- Driving & monitoring sales order processes
- Trial machine management
- Management of stock movement and requirements for project rollouts
- Order to installation experience for customer including communicating where required
- Working with Scheduling team to ensure processes followed with good communication
- Review and set KPI's for team to make sure they are achieving the levels expected
- Good communication with other internal departments to ensure best experience for the customer
- Ensuring the sales administration department follows all internal audit requirements
