Social Worker, £35ph, EHASH, Hull
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join the Early Help and Safeguarding Hub (EHASH) Team.
The postholder will manage incoming children's contacts requesting early help and children's safeguarding support. This involves screening of contacts for requests for support or worries expressed about children's safety and welfare and analysing all relevant information with a focus on professional curiosity to ensure that decision making for children is timely and robust, so they get the right support at the right time. This also includes making decisions on those children who are deemed at risk of significant harm and ensuring working with managers in the team that appropriate thresholds are applied to progress to Strategy Discussion to consider if a Section 47 enquiry is required.
The successful candidate must have relevant experience, have completed their ASYE and be registered with the SWE.
