We are working with a highly rated law firm in London, who are seeking a CIPA Qualified IP Administrator to join their thriving team on a full-time permanent basis.
For this role, you will ideally have over a years' experience working in a busy patent formalities department and have completed the CIPA Administration / Paralegal qualification. This role would suit an individual who is looking to progress their career to the next step within a leading firm in a great location.
Duties within this role would include:
- Onboarding new cases onto the system.
- Maintaining existing case records on the system to show the status of each.
- Acknowledging & preparing correspondence to and from IPOs.
- Preparing patent applications.
- Liaising with clients where necessary.
