A leading bio-pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior HR Specialist (ER) French speaking to join their HR team in Stockley Park. You'll be part of a dynamic team, focusing on Employee Relations (ER) support in the UK and various international locations, with a particular emphasis on the French market. This role is integral to our strategic initiatives and will report to the Head of International Employee Relations.

Role Overview: Senior HR Specialist to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on ER issues, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, severance, redundancy, and HR policies.
- Provide advice and support to employees, managers, leaders, and HR.
- Support business change processes, including acquisitions and reorganisations.
- Offer insight and interpretation on employment principles, complex ER issues, performance management, workplace investigations, and critical incident management.
- Proactively review, revise, and recommend ER policies.
- Collaborate across functions and departments, including Legal, for advice and decisions on employee relations matters.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders in HR and the business.
- Facilitate training and workshops on key HR policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about health-care.
- Available to start quickly.
