The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations, ensuring that the company's technology solutions align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and real estate, with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation in the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for IT teams.
- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals, including system integrations, software upgrades, and new application development.
- Lead and manage IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business analysis activities and provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Contributing and often leading the design and evolution of the client's products.
Role Requirements
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and experience with real estate management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
