Vision Teaching are working in partnership with an OUTSTANDING Primary School in the Farnborough area of Hampshire. The school are currently looking to recruit a Primary Teacher to join their fantastic Lower KS2 team in September. The school are open to both experienced Primary Teachers as well as ECT's as they have the capacity to support an ECT induction.

The role will be teaching in a lovely Year 3 class, with excellent behaviour and an experienced Teaching Assistant on hand to support. The successful Primary Teacher will ideally be full time but there are options for part time/job shares available also.

As a Primary Teacher your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering learning in accordance with the curriculum, national guidelines and the school's strategy.
  • Teaching a KS1 class of approximately 30 pupils, although this may be subject to change in future academic years.
  • Planning a varied, balanced and appropriate curriculum, which supports the needs of all pupils and ensures all pupils reach their potential.
  • Adapting teaching styles to suit all pupils and providing a supportive learning environment.
  • Differentiating resources and equipment so lessons can be accessed by all pupils.
  • Self-evaluating their teaching to improve effectiveness.
  • Create independent learners who are not reliant on worksheets.
