Our business, which is a catering butcher, has over 100 years of experience in the meat and farming industries. All products are prepared in the factory daily to each customer's specifications, packaged and labelled to and above legislation, and delivered directly throughout the UK.

Role Overview
The main responsibilities of this order picker/packer role are:
- Picking and collating orders for customers within required targets from customer order sheets.
- Accurately recording information onto the customer order sheets.
- Packing meat using the vacuum packing machine.
- Recording weights and volume outputs.
- Applying date labels and traceability labels to products.
- Following company policies, procedures, and standards in the Company Quality System and factory personal hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Reporting quality issues and helping the relevant management in identifying solutions to any problems identified.

Additional Information
- Weekend days working Saturday, 07:00-12:00 midday, and Sunday 10:00-19:00.
- These are permanent roles and offer immediate starts.
Essential Skills
No formal qualifications are required for this order picker role, and full training will be provided.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a factory and order picking or packing experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
- You should have good numeracy and literacy skills and be able to work individually and as part of a team in a very busy environment.
- You need to be able to work to tight deadlines.
