Following our acquisition by Castore, a premium sportswear brand, last year, we are poised for significant expansion in the coming years. As such, it is crucial for Infinity to have exceptional support for our systems and websites.

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team, provide vital support, and make a meaningful impact on the business.

JOB PURPOSE:

This role will support our Digital Manager and encompass a range of key responsibilities in addition to being involved in various projects. While the position is primarily data-focused, it offers a diverse array of tasks, opportunities to collaborate with different teams, and to work across multiple systems and websites.

  • Assist the Data Manager with all systems and web-related projects.
  • Provide internal departments with support, guidance, data administration, and reporting as needed, with additional assistance from external IT services when required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and data-related issues.
  • Contribute to project work, including:

o Website projects: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and occasionally directly with clients.

o Enhancements to internal systems and development of new processes.

o Integrations between systems and websites, frequently coordinating with software partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

User support:

  • Addressing user queries, providing training as needed, troubleshooting issues related to internal systems, websites, and any other platforms.
  • Data Management (SAP & LINK websites):

o Data preparation for import/updates

o Implement improvements in data collection and preparation processes.

o Creating reports as needed.

  • Support for other systems:

o Excel tools for various tasks

o Microsoft Power Apps for Production scheduling

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Proficient in Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS etc.
  • Skills in VBA Macro coding or other programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid general math skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of business priorities.

Desirable

  • Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries
  • Experience in website administration
  • Familiarity with Power Apps
