Service Desk Lead

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Lead to join a global organisation in the heart of Liverpool
What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a service desk team
  • Ensure all tickets and calls are responded to and resolved in agreed SLAs
  • Create a high performing culture amongst the team
  • Make recommendations to support continuous improvement
  • Assist management to drive service levels and system performance
  • Daily, weekly, monthly report generation and management
  • Collaborate with different functions across the business
  • Support users across multiple sites both deskside and remote
  • Resolve issues and be a point of escalation for the team

Experience to succeed:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Service Desk Lead
  • Rota and shift pattern scheduling
  • Hands on IT service management experience
  • Proven track record in incident resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Vendor and supplier management
  • Strong knowledge of end user support
  • Working knowledge of cloud services, networking, hardware equipment
  • Strong people and leadership skills
