FRS are seeking a Management Accountant to join a leading engineering firm located in Banbury. This globally recognized company serves a diverse customer base including prominent global brands across various industries.
While formal qualifications such as CIMA are preferred, candidates who are Qualified By Experience will also be considered. The key requirement is experience with SAP!

Duties Will Include
- Preparation of monthly management accounts (including, preparation of month end journals; preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements; and monthly balance sheet reconciliations).
- Preparing periodic financial statements, including departmental analysis, forecasts, budgets, cash analysis, variance analysis and commentaries.
- Regular bespoke client reporting.
- Maintenance of accounting processes and procedures.
- Cash flow management and forecasting.
- Fixed Asset maintenance and reporting.
- Support with the review and sign off of payroll.
- Implementation and improvement of strong internal controls.
- Act as a conduit for both internal and external audits.
- Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers.
- Support the Head of Finance in the management and development of the finance team.
- Deputise where required.
- Ad hoc duties when required.
In return, a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 is attached plus study support amongst other company benefits.
