Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established and successful umbrella services organisation, with the appointment of a Payroll Administrator to join their expanding team. Their modern offices are located in Central Bristol, just minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.
This varied role will involve supporting the payroll department with administrative duties and covering areas of Customer Service, as well as basic finance and operational tasks. Experience is not required for these elements as full training will be provided, making this role perfect for someone looking to expand their skillset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and webchat.
- Processing timesheets and supporting with payroll.
- Producing payroll reports and documentation.
- Raising invoices and processing expense claims.
- Advising on any payslips and pension queries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a desire to expand their skillset. You must have office experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good numeracy skills, time management and attention to detail is essential.
Previous payroll experience is highly desirable.
