Job Description:
Are you looking to join a dynamic and expanding financial planning business? We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile individual who could thrive in various roles within a wealth management firm in Newton Abbot. Whether you are an administrator with a knack for report writing, an aspiring paraplanner, or someone looking to transition into an associate financial planner role, we want to hear from you! This role will allow you to progress and develop further within the industry, whilst upskilling and working as part of a collaborative team.
Duties will include:
- Provide admin support and assist with report writing
- New business administration and data management
- Booking reviews and preparing meeting packs
- Conduct research and write reports using templates
- Engage with various systems such as IO (potentially transitioning to XPlan), FE Analytics, Voyant, Timeline Planning, Simply, and Defacto Engage

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience within a wealth management firm
- Interest in completing Level 4 Diploma
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
