We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join the family at our head office in Desborough - a role we internally call an NPD Coordinator. Your meticulous approach will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive a fantastic service.
The role plays a pivotal part in our customer journey, owning the process of administering new customer orders, account set up and overseeing first orders being successfully manufactured.
Duties
- Collate all information for incoming project briefs from customers/internal stakeholders.
- Input new product briefs onto company systems and coordinate structural and artwork processes.
- Project manage new product briefs from sales to production.
- Ensure all steps of the process are completed in a timely manner, feeding back progress to customer/internal stakeholders via verbal and written format.
- Quotations sent to the relevant customers in a timely manner.
- Management of outstanding enquiries and closure of redundant configurations.
- Communicating to the Customer Service Department old materials to be made obsolete as new materials are raised.
- Working to customer launch dates, seek necessary structural/graphics approvals from the customer and manage the order and delivery of formes and stereos to sites.
Skills/experience required
- Essential to have strong administrative/customer focused experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Ability and confidence to clearly communicate in written and verbal format with internal staff, customers and external suppliers.
- Highly motivated and flexible to deal with constantly changing demands with a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Team player willing to drive other staff in delivering the customer's requirements.
