A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced family paralegal to join a friendly, medium sized firm in Kent, near Tunbridge Wells. The family team comprises two solicitors and two admin assistants and a re renowned for the excellent support and training they offer.
The role will see you contribute to the fee earning capability of the team working a varied caseload of family matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Child Arrangement disputes. You will be required to draft Divorce Petitions, Statements and Applications, Liaise with Clients and Bill files.
To be successful you will have gained experience working in a family department and be competent to perform the function required.
