Senior Sales Consultant

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum
Our client, a highly esteemed and prestigious company located in Exeter, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through both independent and collaborative efforts. Your proficiency in tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of a diverse and demanding clientele will be crucial in supporting the company's objectives.
The responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products, including features, benefits, and new arrivals.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain a client database for follow-ups and future sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer trends.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
The candidate:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members.
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the products being sold, including features, benefits, and latest trends.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the dynamic needs of the business and clients.
