We have an exciting opportunity for an Events and Sales Coordinator to join Worldwide Manufacturing Client's team on a fixed-term basis.

As an Events and Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks including vendor management, logistics coordination, trade show coordination, event planning, sales reporting, and internal team meeting coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of events and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events and sales activities.
  • Manage logistics such as venue booking, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of international trade shows, identifying/negotiating price for event space, determining event agendas, coordinating event marketing, etc
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and booking travel arrangements etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in events coordination and/or sales support (international events/sales desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel locally when required.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required (up to 5 times a year)
